FBO Services.
Eccelsa Aviation operates a dedicated private and executive aviation terminal of about 5,000 square metres at Olbia Costa Smeralda Airport. Opened in summer 2009, the building features the functionality of a well-structured FBO terminal combined with original and harmonious architectural characteristics reminiscent of elegant private aviator clubs. The deployment of local building materials – like the San Giacomo yellowish stones – and the lush local vegetation serve to integrate what is architecturally conceived as an “undefined-space” to the local context.
Opening Hours
You can find us open from 07:00 to 22:00 local time, Monday through Sunday, 365 days a year. If you need to extend our opening times, please send us a request. For the costs involved please consult our handling fees
Extra-EU Flights
Please make sure to keep on board all documents required by the International Health Regulation 2005 and by amendment 21 to ICAO Annex 9.
All flights arriving from extra-EU countries are required to hand in a filled-out copy of The General Declaration Form as stated by ICAO Annex 9, Appendix 1. For your convenience, please find here a copy of the General Declaration Form.

JET A1
Refuel your aircraft with Jet A1 Fuel through Carboil or World Fuel Service (WFS).
HOW DO YOU RESERVE REFUELLING?
You can get Carboil on a first come first served basis. That means that the best way to refuel with Carboil is to ask one of Eccelsa Aviation ramp agents once on the ground.
On the other hand, you can reserve your refuelling with WFS by simply sending a short e-mail to Eccelsa Aviation. Please send your e-mail the same day as your refuelling, as WFS's system only accepts same day reservations.
HOW DO YOU PAY FOR FUEL?
You can use cash or following cards / carnets: Air BP, Aloa, AvCard, Colt, Nautilus, Rockwell-Collins, UvAir, and World Fuel Service. You can also use a fuel release. All fuel release state the name of your fuel supplier, just look for the name Carboil or WFS on it.
AVGAS 100LL Avgas Fuel is available from 07:00 to 21:00 local time. Methods of payment include cash and credit card VISA and Mastercard.
If you need to refuel with AvGAS, please remember to specify if you need it on arrival or on departure. In fact, you'll need to taxi to the AvGas station on Apron 1 and we'll reserve your parking over there on arrival if you need it.
Please be informed that from June to September waiting times for AvGas refuelling might reach the 90 minutes mark. Always keep fresh drinking water with you when waiting for fuel.

By Bus from Olbia
or Airport Main Terminal
Please take bus number 10 which runs approximately every 45 minutes to Eccelsa Aviation General AviationTerminal.
By Foot
You can walk to Olbia centre in about 45-60 minutes or reach the main terminal of Olbia Airport in 20 minutes by foot.
